Job Responsibilities

• Efficiently oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring seamless workflow, accurate dispensing of medications, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Deliver superior customer service by providing expert advice on medications, addressing customer queries effectively, and guiding them on proper usage and potential side effects.
• Accurately dispense prescriptions and over-the-counter medications, ensuring proper labeling and patient counseling to promote safe and effective use.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels through regular monitoring, forecasting demand, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure the availability of essential medications and products.
• Ensure strict adherence to local pharmaceutical regulations and safety standards, maintaining meticulous records of prescriptions, sales, and other pharmacy operations.
• Accurately document all pharmacy transactions and activities, including prescription logs, inventory records, and patient interactions.
• Supervise and mentor pharmacy staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment while ensuring adherence to best practices.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.

Experience & Skills Required:

• Valid B/C category pharmacy license issued by the Pharmacy Council Bangladesh.
• Demonstrated experience in a pharmacy setting with a proven track record of successful pharmacy management is preferred.
• Problem-solving skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in pharmacy operations and management.
• In-depth knowledge of local pharmaceutical regulations, best practices in pharmacy management, and current industry trends.
• Dedicated to providing an exceptional customer experience with a commitment to addressing patient needs and concerns effectively.
• Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of pharmacy operations and patient care.
• Reliable and capable of maintaining high standards of performance both independently and as part of a team.
