Job Responsibilities

• Ensure all sorts of quality initial health care services delivery at outreach level in a client-friendly manner to the utmost satisfaction of clients as possible:
• Greetings to clients
• Confirming mobile TAB based registration of clients
• Taking short history
• Provide App-based smart Point of Contact Diagnosis (POCD)/Health and Nutrition screening as needed and ensuring entry in Mobile TAB
• Promote and provide issue-based health education and nutrition counseling for women, adolescent, elderly, child etc. following existing national/recognized guidelines/folders/leaflets/posters/booklets etc.
• NCD screening with counseling
• Maintain continued coordination with GP, Sinologist, Medical Technologist, ECG Technician and Clinic In charge for getting to know all concerned cases needs to be addressed to facilitate follow up in the community.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities to be given by the Project and Management authorities from time to time related to the project activities.

Educational Requirements:

• Qualified Paramedic /FWV /Nurse /Medical Assistant from any recognized public or private training institutes. The minimum duration of the academic course should be 24 months or above.

Experience & Skills Required:

General requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years’ hands on experience working as a nurse/paramedic in a hospital/clinic.
• Have good technical skills.
• Know how to document and report information properly.
• Be patient and adaptable, even in tough work conditions.
• Work well with other staff members.
• Join training, workshops, and seminars when needed.
• Previous working experience in urban set up will be an added advantage
• Stay locally in a convenient nearby location to assist in emergency (if any)
• Maintain confidentiality of all the information acquired during patient care
