Job Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary care services, including assessment, diagnosis, and management of common medical conditions. Provide preventive care and health education to promote overall wellness in the community.
• Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including medical history and physical examinations, and develop appropriate treatment plans. Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed.
• Engage with patients in a compassionate and empathetic manner, actively listening to their concerns and providing clear, understandable explanations of their health conditions and treatment options.
• Implement and promote preventive care measures, including screenings, and lifestyle modifications, to enhance community health and prevent illness.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards. Ensure all documentation is completed timely and comprehensively.
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure coordinated and effective care. Participate in case discussions and contribute to the development of care strategies.
• Foster positive relationships within the community to build trust and encourage utilization of preventive services and health resources offered by the center.

Educational Requirements:

• MBBS degree with a valid BMDC registration (A general physician certificate course will be highly advantageous).

Experience & Skills Required:

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a General Physician, with a proven track record in primary care and preventive services.
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine commitment to patient-centered care.
• Demonstrates a high level of empathy and understanding towards patients, providing care that respects their emotional and physical needs.
• Pays meticulous attention to detail in patient assessments, treatment plans, and documentation.
• Collaborates effectively with healthcare colleagues and staff, contributing to a cohesive and supportive work environment.
