Job Responsibilities
Accounts and Finance:
Day-to-Day Accounting:
Manage general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Compliance & Taxation:
Ensure compliance with VAT, TDS, income tax, and other regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies for audits and financial inspections.
Cash & Treasury Management:
Monitor cash flow and manage fund disbursements.
Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
Inventory & Asset Management:
Oversee the fixed asset register and inventory reconciliation.
Support for External Audits:
Coordinate and prepare documentation for statutory and donor audits.
Administration:
Office Management:
Supervise office support staff and ensure smooth daily operations.
Oversee maintenance, procurement, and administrative services.
Procurement & Vendor Management:
Ensure proper procurement procedures and documentation.
Manage vendor contracts and service agreements.
Event & Logistics Support:
Organize meetings, events, and official travel arrangements.
Coordinate logistics for workshops and internal events.
Policy Implementation:
Ensure administrative and financial policies are followed.
Support improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
E
xperience & Skills Required:
3–5 years of relevant experience in accounts and finance, preferably in a corporate
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel
Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and compliance
Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
