Job Responsibilities

Accounts and Finance:

Day-to-Day Accounting:

  • Manage general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.

Financial Reporting:

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Compliance & Taxation:

  • Ensure compliance with VAT, TDS, income tax, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies for audits and financial inspections.

Cash & Treasury Management:

  • Monitor cash flow and manage fund disbursements.
  • Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.

Inventory & Asset Management:

  • Oversee the fixed asset register and inventory reconciliation.

Support for External Audits:

  • Coordinate and prepare documentation for statutory and donor audits.

Administration:

Office Management:

  • Supervise office support staff and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Oversee maintenance, procurement, and administrative services.

Procurement & Vendor Management:

  • Ensure proper procurement procedures and documentation.
  • Manage vendor contracts and service agreements.

Event & Logistics Support:

  • Organize meetings, events, and official travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate logistics for workshops and internal events.

Policy Implementation:

  • Ensure administrative and financial policies are followed.
  • Support improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

Experience & Skills Required:

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounts and finance, preferably in a corporate
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and compliance
  • Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
