Job Responsibilities

  • CV sorting, screening and planning for interview
  • Communication with candidate and arrange interview with management
  • Preparation of monthly attendance and payroll prior to salary disbursement
  • Preparation of monthly employee visit summary for Travel Allowance Payment
  • Preparation of monthly Food Bill as per daily lunch order
  • Prepare yearly performance evaluation documentation and perform the process start to end
  • Arrange confirmation process of probationary employee
  • Prepare offer letter, appointment letter, NDA and other joining related document
  • Perform Employee joining formalities as per standard operating procedure of the company
  • Arrangement of Employee IT asset, ID card, visiting card and other logistics support
  • Communicate with food vendor for daily lunch order and monitoring
  • Supervise and monitoring of office cleanliness activity
  • Monitoring of office internet speed and take appropriate measures for any kind of discrepancy
  • Procurement of office equipment from different vendor as per requirement of admin
  • Any kind of task assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements:

  • Master’s/ MBA in HRM, PGDHRM will be preferred.

Experience & Skills Required:

  • Excellent skills to run HR and Admin function
  • Excellent skills to create a learning environment for the HR & Admin team.
  • Good communication skills.
