Job Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and target potential corporate clients, understanding their needs and challenges in the digital health space. Develop and execute strategies to generate new business leads and opportunities.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing the unique value proposition of our digital health services to key decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, acting as their trusted advisor. Understand their objectives and proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional digital health solutions.
  • Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned corporate clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with internal teams, including customer success, product development and marketing, to ensure the delivery of exceptional service and support.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the digital health service sector. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new market segments, customer needs and competitive differentiators.
  • Sales Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including client information, sales activities and revenue forecasts. Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to management on sales performance, market trends and potential growth opportunities.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.

Experience & Skills Required:

  • Preferred 1 or 2 years of successful B2B sales experience in the digital health service sector or related healthcare industry. Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
