Job Responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis and competitor research to Identify potential clients, markets, and partnership opportunities.
• Assist in developing and executing business strategies for investment and revenue generation.
• Prepare and support business proposals, presentations, and pitches.
• Conduct market research, identify product gaps, create development plans, manage product roadmaps, design go-to-market strategies, and drive product innovation to align with business growth and maintain competitive advantage.
• Facilitate meetings, distribute minutes, document and follow up on key decisions and actions from meetings.
• Provide administrative support as needed.
• Coordinate communication with cross-functional teams.

Experience & Skills Required:

• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach and strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to meet deadlines and contribute to the success of projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Prior experience in the Bangladeshi healthcare sector or health technology will be highly valuable.
• Ability to define organization vision, develop business roadmaps, and align business strategies with company goals, user needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.
• Should be prepared to work under pressure.
