ENRICHed SASTHO with Palli Karma Sahayak Foundation (PKSF)
Tenure: July 2018 - Continuing
Objective: To develop a digital healthcare platform for Unions
Services provided: PHC, maternity & child healthcare services, health vitals measurement, and health risk assessment services were given upon creating a health account.
Beneficiaries: 17,08,884 people in 1,417 villages of 59 Upazilas by 803 Health Visitors & 117 Enrich Health Officers

Patient Referral and Payment System

Multipurpose Health Volunteer (MHV) Project with Community Based Health Care (CBHC)
Tenure: November 2018 - Continuing
Objective: To develop a structured digital patient referral and payment system for MHVs
Service provided: Multipurpose Health Volunteer (MHV) are using this system and performing their day-to-day activities, Khana visit, patient identification, and referral. CBHC management is using the web dashboard for monitoring field activities and calculation & processing of payment for MHVs.
Beneficiaries: This service is already deployed in 106 Upazilas where more than 2600 CHCP and 17514.

PPEPP Project Management Information System (MIS) development

PPEPP Project with Palli Karma Sahayak Foundation (PKSF)
Tenure: September 2020 – Continuing
Objective: To develop a mobile and Cloud based Management Information System (MIS) to track its field level intervention which will enable the management to know the present status of the implementation.
Service provided: Pathways to Prosperity for Extremely Poor People (PPEPP) project will be inclusive in targeting members covering all types of extreme poor in its working area. Extreme poor (EP) households (HHs) of an area will be categorized based on their economic, physical, demographic and working ability through focus group discussion (FGD). Based on household income, food security, earning ability, productive asset and land holdings, extreme poor will be classified into vulnerable EP and moderate EP to provide them designated services. Households with disable person, elderly people, pregnant women, lactating women and children-under-5 will also be identified to provide designated services of PPEPP. Extreme poor HHs exposed to climatic shocks like flood, water-logging, salinity, storms will receive appropriate services. The service is operationalized in 22 Unions around the country.
Beneficiaries: More than 3 lac rural people of 22 Unions

Tottho Apa with the Ministry of Women’s & Child Affairs, People's Republic of Bangladesh (MoWCA). Tenure: October 2019 - Continuing
Objective: Empowering Women Through ICT Towards Digital Bangladesh
Service provided: Mobile application and FDA/CE certified Smart Medical Devices for the healthcare service providers in 490 Upazilas to create health accounts, health risk assessment, measure health vitals, and refer patients to UHC.
Beneficiaries: Healthcare service providers in 490 Upazilas

National Cancer Registry (NCR) system

National Cancer Registry System with BSMMU, Bangladesh
Tenure: April 2022- Continuing
Objective:
1. Requirement’s analysis, Design, Development and Testing for Cloud based National Cancer Registry (NCR) system with new change requests.
2. Research & development for mapping the NCR to ICD-0-3.
3. Human Centered Design (HCD) for Healthcare Facilities/Oncologists and patients for better user experience and increased usability.
4. To create linkage between routine DHIS-2 data and cancer related data at the facility level Advocacy with the Management Information System -DGHS to host the data visualization system in the website and hand-over.
5. Organize training for the facility level data and user manual of the website.
6. In future, there is an opportunity to align canreg 5 with NCR.
Service provided: View patient information of all facilities, New Patient Register and update the previous patient, Previous patient follow-up, daily/monthly statistics data download and view, View Activity log of the registrars,
Beneficiaries: 3 hospitals in Bangladesh (ShSMC, NIO, AMCGH)

National Oxygen Management Information System (OMIS)

National Oxygen Management Information System (OMIS) with UNICEF, Bangladesh
Tenure: October 2021 - Continuing
Objective: To develop a platform & management system for the government to manage medical supply, demand and projection in the government health facilities for oxygen management.
Service provided: Initiating central dashboard of oxygen management with supply, maintenance of patient information, forecasting of consumption, demand, and supply information graphs of oxygen with real-time data analytics.
Beneficiaries: 30 District Hospitals in Bangladesh

COVID - 19 Screening

Development of GIS-based web and Mobile Applications for COVID 19 and Data Process Management under the a2i project, supported by UNDP, Bangladesh.
Tenure: January 2021 - August 2021 Objective: To identify high-risk individuals by connecting them with healthcare facilities for sample collection & testing to tracking, monitoring COVID positive patients to determine the outcome through the National Digital Surveillance System.
Service provided: COVID-19 Online screening, sample collection, instant health risk assessment, tracking patient & hospital statistics from hospitals and providing healthcare advice for the population of Bangladesh.
Beneficiaries: Screened 1.8 million COVID suspects

Central Cancer Registry (CCR) System

Central Cancer Registry System with Cancer Society Welfare home, Oncology club Bangladesh, and Innovation Fund, ICT Division.
Tenure: January 2021- January 2022 Objective: 1. Research & development for Coding and Mapping the AJCC and ICD for CCR
2. Platform (Web, Android, and iOS mobile application) Development
3. Develop Special Prescription Module for Oncologist and Cancer patients
4. Data analytics dashboard for Admin, Doctor and Patients (WHO Guideline)
5. Automated report generation to provide reports to WHO, DGHS, Policy Makers and other stakeholders for Resource Planning and Decision making

Sontusti Web and Mobile Platform

Under the contract with HSM of DGHS, developed and practiced service rating for patient satisfaction in district hospitals, Supported by UNICEF, Bangladesh.
Tenure: September 2019 - January 2020
Objective: Implement an instant patient feedback system
Service provided: Initiate “Sontusti web & Mobile Application Platform”, an instant patient feedback system with real-time monitoring, resource planning and report generalization, to collect valuable hospital service data, visualize different parameters on the web dashboard, and rank hospitals based on the services provided.
Beneficiaries: Patients of 6 District hospitals

Urban Clinic Project

Urban Clinic Project with UNICEF, Bangladesh Tenure: July 2021 - Continuing
Objective: To ensure competitive management of 6 PHC clinic services in 4 city corporations as per Essential Service Package guidelines as per standards.
Service Provided: PHC services, preventive and vital health screening services, referral services were provided upon creating health account to the urban people in 4 City Corporation of Dhaka Division

Smart Digital Healthcare Service

Smart Digital Healthcare Service & Data Collection for FDMN and Host Community in Ukhiya, Cox’s Bazar with HelpAge International, Bangladesh.
Tenure: September 2018 - January 2021
Objective: Improve Health & Well-being of the FDMN and Host Community in Ukhiya.
Service provided: Developed a software platform with full offline capability, added 2000+ Host Community Data in the current HelpAge PWA application database and sync support for HelpAge which includes an android application based on specific requirements.
Target population: People in Ukhiya, Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh

NCD intervention and management utilizing WHO PEN protocol

NCD intervention and management utilizing WHO PEN protocol, Centre for Injury Prevention and Research, Bangladesh (CIPRB) for Non-Communicable Disease Program (NCDC), Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS).
Tenure: March 2019 - August 2019
Objective: To design and develop digital platform for implement NCD intervention and management utilizing WHO PEN protocol
Service provided: Create digital health account for beneficiaries, screening service by health workers at community clinic, referrer patients to NCD concern at Upazila Health Complex according to clinical decision support system, back referrals and follow-up for management of NCD patients, digital portals for prescription by doctors/consultants and diagnostics/laboratory report storages, and ,managing patients.
Beneficiaries: 51,759 People of Dhangora Union, Royganj, Sirajganj, Rajshahi, Bangladesh.

Urban PHC Clinic

In consortium with Partners in Health Development (PHD) and Nari Maitree, developed Integrated Digital Healthcare Platform (IDHP), which is already implemented and operationalized in 6 Urban Clinics in 4 City Corporations of Dhaka Division.
Tenure: September 2019 - January 2020
Objective: To ensure competitive management of 6 PHC clinic services in 4 city corporations as per Essential Service Package guidelines as per standards.
Service provided: Create digital health account for each resident and record all provided services, health vital screening through IoT enabled devices, instantly assess health risk and provide health advice through clinical decision support system (CDSS), mobile preventive care terms provide health education, counselling, immunization, maternal & child health, elderly, adolescent, disabled and extremely vulnerable people and family planning services, provide basic & extended PHC services through telemedicine to patients, refer patients to secondary or tertiary/ specialized health facilities to receive specialized care, back referral & follow-up for manage of non-communicable/ other chronic disease patients, digital portals for prescription by GP Doctors/consultants and diagnostics/laboratory report storages, and digital inventory system.
Beneficiaries: Urban people in 4 City Corporation of Dhaka Division.
