Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dynamic financial models and projections aligned with business plans.
• Prepare pitch decks, investment teasers, and information memoranda for investors and funders.
• Track and analyze investor feedback, and update materials accordingly.
• Analyze financial statements and data to evaluate business performance.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Monitor financial performance by tracking key metrics and reporting variances.
• Conduct cost analysis and support pricing strategy decisions.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting.

Experience & Skills Required:

• Strong command of Microsoft Excel and experience with financial analysis tools
• Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Good understanding of financial statements, ratios, and reporting standards
• Effective communication skills in both English and Bangla
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
