Job Responsibilities

  • Direct all aspects of clinic operations, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow that prioritizes patient care.
  • Optimize resource allocation, including staff, equipment, and inventory management, to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Promoting professional development and performance excellence.
  • Champion a patient-first approach, ensuring high-quality and compassionate care is delivered to all patients and their families.
  • Address and resolve patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, enhancing overall patient satisfaction.
  • Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation of patient records, adhering to confidentiality and regulatory standards.
  • Manage billing processes, insurance claims, and financial reporting to head office.
  • Stay informed of and ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and best practices.
  • Implement quality assurance initiatives to continuously improve clinical services and patient outcomes.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, organizations, and community stakeholders to promote integrated care.
  • Lead community outreach initiatives to raise awareness of clinic services and address local health needs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during emergencies, coordinating care and resources effectively.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Experience & Skills Required:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in clinic management, healthcare administration, or a related role.
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing diverse teams in a clinical setting.
  • Strong understanding of urban healthcare dynamics and the unique needs of the community.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to empathize with patients and families.
  • Proficient in health information technology, including electronic health records (EHR) and practice management systems.
  • Ability to navigate complex situations with patience, professionalism, and adaptability.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient confidentiality and ethical practice.
