To meet the increased demand of area expansion, we are looking for few high performing; result oriented Sales Executive/ Sr. Sales Executive for our SuSastho Service team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Expand, execute and grow Smart SuSastho Kormi (SSK) business in the assigned area/territory
  • Identify, select and onboard Smart SuSastho Kormi (SSK) from local health workers working manually, like pharmacies, paramedics, rural medical practitioners, and individuals.
  • Train the new SSKs and support them so that they can provide better health services using digital suSatho system
  • Closely follow-up SSK’s daily services and monitor their performance in the assigned area to ensure SSK’s benefit through providing telemedicine, referral, and other health services
  • Achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly business targets.
  • Set-up SuSastho Seba Kendro for performer SSKs
  • Develop partnership with local Hospitals and Diagnostic Centers for establishing digital patient referral system
  • Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise in establishing and expanding SuSastho Seba.

Educational Requirements:

  • Graduate in any subject.

Skills & Experience Required

  • 1 to 5 years of working experience as Medical Representative/ Medical Promotion Officer or Territory/Field Supervisor in Pharmaceutical Sales.
  • Experience of working in both rural and urban markets.
  • Must be familiar in using smartphone, mobile apps and internet browsing.
  • Should have good selling skills
  • Self-motivated with a result driven approach

Work station: Narayanganj/ Nawabganj & Keraniganj/ Nilphamari & Rangpur

Employment Status: Full-time.
